first time i taken my nclex i studied off of ATI.. Worst decision, i was told about uworld from 3 people. BEST DECISION EVER!!!!! i passed my nclex using uworld 2nd try. i studied each rationale including watching videos to understand the diagnosis of each disease process or health condition. YOU HAVE TO KNOW YOUR PATHO!!! IT IS IMPORTANT!! Uworld is the best experience ive assess so far since i finished nursing school. i highly recommend students to study off of uworld. Take CAT exams as well, please study your medications, medications are important due to adverse effects and side effects. some questions can be tricky so you have to reread it multiple times before choosing an answer, Thank you so much uworld. DO NOT GIVE UP
