step 3 ccs TIMER GLITCH

Hello,
I am doing CCS for step 3. The timer at the top says I have 18 minutes of real time; however, I am only getting 3 minutes of real time and then given the warning with 2 additional minutes. Can anyone help? I can't get uworld on the phone
