i have a question regarding ectopic pregnancy: i know intravaginally ultrasound will make a positive diagnostic of an early pregnancy; can the same ultrasound see a fallopian tube pregnancy? of course beta hcg is more than 1500....and also if we have an ectopic pregnancy with beta hcg of more than 1500 but located in Douglas pouch, can the vaginally ultrasound see this preagnancy? thanks so much guys...
