Is UWORLD harder than NCLEX
Okay I'm taking my NCLEX for the 4th time in 2 weeks. This is my first time doing UWORLD this go round. I started doing questions around september and finish the bank and made like a 48% total percentage. Then I bought it again and I made a 60% the 2nd time after doing all the questions. Is UWORLD harder than the NCLEX? I know I should know since Ive taken it 3 times already lol but Im really hoping Ill pass since I seriously overwhelmed over here.
YES! I think uworld is hard. Its silent but deadly. I passed my nclex last week before thanksgiving and I have taken the nclex more than a couple of times. No lie I saw a couple of similar qts on the nclex that I got on uworld. My overall percentage was a 52%. In the beginning I use to get between 41-55% on my exam then the last 3 exam I did before I took the nclex I got between 56-66%. I started uworld for the first time around the last week of October. I did it for about a month. I didn't finish all of the question I only did about 900. I’ve done Kaplan, Hurst, ncsnb and I didn't pass. As long as you understand the rational and the reason you got the question right/ wrong you’ll be fine. Don’t second guess yourself. Trust yourself. Plus don’t overthink it at all. Even if you think that the answer seem to be easy or too good to be true. Read the question and answer it. They are not trying to trick you at all. Pray! Pray! Pray! You will pass!!!!

Yes, UWorld is more difficult than the NCLEX. I say that because the last 5 times I've taken the NCLEX, I got so many SATA questions that I had less difficulty answering them this time around, all because I did UWorld. I tried Kaplan, Hurst, NCSBN, and Saunders/Silvestri, but they didn't work for me. Like the other responders to your question, trust yourself and don't second-guess. Don't be discouraged by the %'s you get when answering the UWorld questions as long as you understand the rationales for both right and wrong answers (don't memorize!). I was also getting between the upper 40% to upper 50% on questions and believe me, I felt disheartened. The more questions you do and repeat, you will gain more confidence in how to correctly answer them. The last time I took the NCLEX, I felt like I had only answered 30 questions before the computer shut off. Good luck and believe you can do it!

is it ok when you %is low
It's expected for your percentages to be low because of all the SATA. Try aiming for 48-56%
I just wanna update everyone on my original posting that I passed nclex on my 4th attempt! Yes uworld questions are harder ...rational definitely prepared. Its the best question bank out there for nckex. Omg im sooooo happy. Thank you Baby Jesus I passssssed!

Congratulations on your achievement! I hope i can come on here with great news about passing. I will also be taking it for the forth time in mid jan.

Congratulations girl!!! That's awesome news! I'm currently waiting on my ATT to test. I think Uworld is amazing. I've answered all 1750 questions, and now answering the questions I missed. Wish me luck.
