here is one thing you can do about your slow reading

tell yourself : I'm gonna read it fast for the first time, so i know what's going on… then I will read it for the second time in my slow version !
by doing this, automatically you gonna read faster in your second round too ( because you are so familliar with the material already.. and you learn and read them faster ).
