Cannot review previous tests

No matter what browser I use on my laptop I cannot access any of my old or pending tests. I can log into u world, create tests, and take them. But I cannot resume any tests.
Tried with chrome, firefox, and edge. Disabled pop up blocker and antivirus both and cleared cache and temp files.

Really lost here. Not sure why this is happening, any ideas?

Hi there. Unfortunately I am having the same problem as you. Albeit I didn't empty my cache/try different browsers/etc., it is surely weird that every other post i've seen on UWorld mentions reviewing old tests, yet I haven't been able to do so. I bought World software beginning of June 2020, just for reference. Anyone have any ideas?

contact the UW admin. they should remediate the problem.
