Passed NCLEX in 75 on the first time
I must say, if you are debating on whether or not to purchase Uworld please read what I am about to say. I know it is expensive and as a student, recently married with NO INCOME, it seemed impossible but here's one way to look at it. You are going to spend about 450$ on the NCLEX after applying, paying for the actual exam, and doing fingerprinting/passport photos so why not pay another 100$ for a study tool that will help you attain what you went to school for in the first place... your RN! I recommend getting the Uworld package with the 2 assessment tests because it allows you to gauge where you stand before you study and after you have been studying. I took the NCLEX on 2/13/18 and my screen shut off at 75 questions. How did I study? First I began with assessment test #1 and got HIGH chances of passing. Then I took 100 questions a day NO MORE, NO LESS. I started off by doing 5, 20 question tests in tutor mode and remediated on EVERY QUESTION even if I got it right. Then, as my date got closer I started doing 75 question tests in timed mode (NCLEX style) + a 25 question test to reach my 100 for the day. Two days before my exam, I took my final assessment test and got VERY HIGH chances. Uworld works if you are able to utilize it correctly and I am recommending it to all the nursing students at the university I attended.
Thank you that's what I am using now. I have been out of school for 10 years due to tragedies in my life but I don't want to give up. I hope and pray that this will help me pass Nclex. I have faith.
