I took my NCLEX May 3, 22 and I PASSED first time. I only used UWORLD. It was exactly the information I saw on NCLEX. I feel that UWORLD fully prepared me for test day. I was nervous when I took it, but it was just like taking another UWORLD test. I did all of the Qbank beside the last 400 questions took both assessments and got HIGH and VERY HIGH and went for it. My Qbank average was 57% and the 63rd percentile. Also it was exactly one week after graduation. Big thanks to UWORLD truly worth it. GOOD luck to future nurses. You got this remember you finished school you can take this test down as well. Wanted to add this as well I remember looking for this I felt UWORLD was harder then NCLEX. I did also get a lot of SATA 40 to be exact.
