UWorld: percentage correct 80% did two rounds I tried Amboss I completed around 1/2 total qs (just random blocks here and there on weak.topics) Completed all CMS forms. The order and sequencing of the tests from best initial to most accurate and specific is the way to master the exam. You have to know the sequencing and order of each differential and you need to know the small details that distinguish the overlapping conditions.
You need to be prepared with the order and sequencing and understand what Is in front of you. You have to picture and envision seeing the patient in your head and you have to focus on the situation and go with the best next step. Focus on all inciting factors or events identify physical exam findings and go from there. CK is a review Step 1 topics in a clinical scenarios. Make sure you review the STEP1 topics and mechanisms to strengthen your foundation. They test the same topics that were HY in step 1. It's important to be as productive early on, and be aggressive in finishing the material. Don't sleep until you are done with a subject or body system each day. You can sleep after the exam is over.
