I failed my step 1, for reapplication do I need to apply for the form 186 again or is it still considered valid? is the online part of application enough or do i have to repeat the whole procedure? also earlier i was able to appear for my exam when my ecfmg credential verification was not yet done.( one done by the medical school, which requires transcript of college) can i still apply if they are not yet verified, because my college is in a different city.
