HOW TO CONVERT 3-digit TO 2-digit

Please I need your help.
I dont know how to calculate the 2-digit score from the 3-digit approximate score that the nbme gives when it gives the result.
Can anyone please tell me how do I know what my score correlates in 2-digit?
