Help Sooooooo confused!
I'm so confused on if 'm doing good or if I'm doing bad?!?! What do these percentiles mean? Some I'm past the average and others I'm a little below. Someone help, I take NCLEX in less than a month and I'm wondering should I reschedule?
Many people has been saying don't pay attention to the percentage and percentile rank. You should understand the rationale of every questions including the correct one. My Average is 38th percentile right now for thr Q bank and I am still taking my test this coming Monday. When I took the first assessment I got a 56% and it place me into the "high" category. Hopefully this helps!

Just took the second self assessment today and it gives me a borderline chance of passing. I believe it is because I've been doing too many questions for the past 6 days and got fatigue. I am still planning to take the NCLEX at stated time above. I'll keep you updated!
