Postpartum endometritis- I want to discuss
Hi folks,
I want to discuss about an UW step3 question on Postpartum endometritis.
The question asks,
"The single most important risk factor in the development of portpartum endometritis?"
and
the answer was, "route of delivery"
Although a lot of guys answered, "PROM"(76% by today)
My question is, isn't it PROM works somehow as a Confounding factor for this question?
I don't think the route of delivey is simply correct.
What do you think?

I think the route of delivery is the most important factor, due to higher rate 'the route of delivery like C/S compared to PROM'. And, all these numbers comes from the statistic.
