Hi guys,
I am an IMG with low scores on step1 and 2. Just gave the step 3 the second time but the result is not out yet. I have been applying for residency since 2011 without any success. I need help on steps to increase my chances. Any suggestions?

I have a few friends that were in similar position and some ended up going to Puerto Rico for a medical internship for 1 year. One of them is currently practicing in Puerto Rico and the other in Florida in ACN facility. Both practicing as general physicians and making decent living. They recommended residencyhack . com for info on the programs in Puerto Rico and I have registered with them and currently working on it too. But I need other back up plans. Please Help!
