i know i sound stupid but i have a question. does any of your world subdivisions let you choose the topics? cause my subdivision ends with poisoning and environment exposure. but my friends world lets her chose the subdivisions and she has topics like rheumatoid, renal, social science and physchiatry topics which are not available for me
