English raised, Foreign graduate. looking for rapid review of material including first aid, uworld questions, and other if needed.

Looking for someone that has a "general" idea of the core concepts(doesn't need to be perfectly understood. that's why we're studying ;P ) and that would like to bounce ideas quickly and efficiently. and make connections between all necessary subjects.
