I was trying to take step3 after unsuccesful attempts to match over seven years and now everything has gone upside down. Is ther any venue left to take this exam without getting into a programm? Please share what you know, many thanks

You do not need to be in a program to take step 3. Check FSMB website for application and eligibility.
