I took CS in june with 1 month prep...C3NY in NYC,uworld first aid...ran out of time in exam....missed diagnosis.,...tons of mistakes and in philadelphia...well i Passed..key think different,....this is not a checklist exam..its all about being a good doctor to the patient.........Forget PAMHUGFOSS or other checklists..Be as focussed as possible in history ad PE..dont bother to ask all history headings in all cases...dont bother to counsel a guy who drinks 1 glass wine a week...dont bother to counsel on alcohol in a patient in severe acute pain or condition.just be a good human being and rational in patient notes thats all.....if i passed anyone can pass ..trust me........
