Archer notes
Does anybody recommend Archer lecture notes for MCQ part of step 3?

Would recommend full lectures not the notes only. Notes is too concise and I could not make out anything. Lectures are very highyield and helped me a lot to score very high so far on USMLEWorld qbank. Hope this helps
