Irreversible competitive inhibitors!

Hi guys,

FA 2014 entered the market. Several additions like every year seen. This time I saw something new to my knowledge. We were already familiar with pharmacodynamics and terms like NON-COMPETITIVE vs. COMPETITIVE inhibition and now, IRREVERSIBLE competitive This one binds the substrate place and scan be removed by increasing plasma concentration of substrate and so, increases Km as well, but, unlike the competitive decreases efficacy and Vm as well!

The only example mentioned is PHENOXYBENZAMINE (when administered with epinephrine) which was formerly a non-competitive inhibitor. Any other example is appreciated since this is a new topic in FA. Thank you for your attention regarding this topic in advance.
