Since your medical school is responsible for preparing your documents, it depends on the
med school and its authority perseverance to provide ecfmg with your papers. I think you need to
send the documents one year in advance due to some probabilities that may postpone your
exam. Therefore, think of your document translation and its veracity. Look for correct place of signature
by med school dean (on your form 186) which occasionally has been a big problem several times.
