UW percentile or %???

Hi everyone.. I need an advice please.. I am doing UW now and I don't know if I should evaluate more the overall % (which is 55% ) or the percentile which is 41st.. Can somebody explain me which of these 2 parameters predict closely to the exam?? Thank u

I think uw is study material,u can take nbme and uwsa1&2.how did u do uw,mix mode or subject wise.Dont worry keep doing it,do the wrong one carefully.

Thank you for your kind reply. I am doing it unused, random, tutor mode. I have 60% left, so hope to ameliorate a little bit.. But I have heard that even UWorld is very predictive to the actual exam but getting confused if is important to pay attention to % or percentile.
