Hi folks, totally lost. Did one read of Kaplan a while ago, today NBME 6 of 90 (that's a brutal 125 on the real exam). I don't know if anybody ever scored that low on a NBME. How should I proceed, initially I was planning to now switch over to FA/UW. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mmmm.. I'm also preparing step1...and I'm also looking for advices...but the most important advice I can give to you is: don't give up! Have you just scheduled your exam? Read kaplan LN again, trying to understand concepts and try to memorize FA, adding as much as you can from qbanks (UWorld and kaplan)...When you feel ready try NMBE...maybe 7,11, 12, 15 are more predictive.
