Yes you can list CTA or CBS bilaterally no wheezes, crackles or rhonchi
adequate air entry bilaterally is also good
Pulm- clear breath sounds bilaterally, no wheezes, no rhonchi or crackles
I use CBS b/l, no wheeze no rhonchi
CTA b/l no rrw
Ctab is also good
