patient note in CAPSLOCK

Hi is it okay to write the entire patient note in CAPSLOCK as i feel it is taking me more time to write the patient note, has anyone already given the exam and passed after writing in CAPSLOCK.....

I think it will be ok but lowercase looks more professional
