I passed my USMLE Step 2 CS on first attempt, did my exam at Los Angeles testing centre, time for preparation: 2 weeks, materials: First Aid USMLE and UWorld question bank and Youtube videos (for physical examination such as McMurray's sign, etc), felt tensed during my first patient encounter but things got better as I moved on, good luck, cheers.
