drop kaplan unless you really don't understand the subject matter. review first aid about 5x in the next 30 days. and keep reading goljian for path...and everyday try doing 184 (4 blocks) of questions in timed/mixed mode to simulate your real exam, plus you'll build up stamina...eventually before your exam you want to get to doing 5 blocks a day.
