Hi I am IMG from India. I have prepared for the USMLE step 1 during my third year in medical school, althaugh at that time I was unable to give the exam. Now I wanted to give the step 1 as soon as possible (most probably may last week or june first week). I just want to know whether there are any remarkable changes in step 1 after the year 2010 or not, as I haven't been in touch with the latest updates after that. Can I just go on with whatever I prepared 2 to 3 years ago?

Also I read that results of step 1 will be delayed due to the modification of test item pool. Should I take that seriously or is it just a minor change?
