Information plzzz...
Can anybody plz tell me what would be a decent score in step 1. I have heard 235+ is safe. But recently I heard people are scoring 270. Is that true? What should be our target. Plz suggest me because I'm nearing my exam and very much tensed after listening about those scores. I got 410/200 in NBME. Should I postpone my exam. Can I improve to such a bog score
yes postpone your exam. anything above a 235 is safe.
you should be getting like 240 on your nbme as a buffer. if you take your exam right now there is no guarantee that you will even pass. they always say plus or minus 16. so now 200-16 is 184 which is a huge FAIL
my exam is on feb 28th. and that score was 2 weeks ago. I have been reviewing FA again and want to give one more nbme after one more week and then decide. is that ok. or is it waste to wait till then

do whatever you want, but make sure to get a high score so you can get residency interviews.
