Hi guys, I got a job offer as a RN. The job includes a sign on bonus of 2500 which I was not aware of until after accepting the position of a RN. Now my question is can I decline the sign on bonus with that facility and still work for them or I have to get the sign on bonus in order to work as a RN there? I want to work there, just don't want the bonus. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks
If I get the bonus, I have to be there for 2years and if I leave prior to 2 years, I have to pay it al back.
