RN Self Assessment simulation exam

1/4/2017 1:29:48 PM
Hi there. Has anyone done the RN self assessment simulation exam on uworld. Just wondering what marks people got. I just did it and got 76% high chance of passing is what I got, average was 54%. I'm planning on taking my nclex soon.
If anyone took this sim exam and passed the actual nclex.
Thanks

I haven't taken mine yet. I take the NCLEX exam next week. The RN self assessment is just newly established, so I don't think that many people have taken it. I will let you know where I stand after I take it.

I will be watching out for these posts. I'm waiting for my ATT and plan to complete the self assessment before scheduling my NCLEX to see where I stand. Please do post your experience with this new assessment tool.

How many times are you able to take this? Just once?

What was your average in U world? I just took it. Got 55% --> Literally the average. I needed more time. Have you taken your NCLEX YET?

No I haven't took the NCLEX yet. My average on uworld is 74% did all 1958 questions. Just going over the ones I got wrong right now.

I take the nclex next week and I took the RN self-assessment today and got 83% high chance of passing. So hopefully that is a good sign that I will do well.

What does it mean if you are borderline.

It means you are borderline, you are close to passing but could also fail. Close to the passing mark. Hope that helps. Is that what your RN simclex said when you did it?

I took the RN assessment and got a 95% chance of passing. I certainly hope that is correct! I take NCLEX next week......

I just took mine, I got a 97% chance of passing the NCLEX with a score of 74 on the self assessment. Less than 2 weeks to my test date I'm getting pumped up!

Just renewed my u world for another month. Take my nclex for the 2nd time in Feb. Hope this assessment is helpful. We get it for two weeks? What does it like go over your wrong questions and stuff? Thanks. Good luck Everyone!!

Keep in mind it's not the percentage of passing but rather your percentile ranking... there is a difference!

I scored an 80% a high chance of passing and a average of 53% and failed nclex for the second time.

Hey guys, I just took the NCLEX yesterday and passed with 75 questions. My RN Assessment score was 54% barely getting the average score of 55%. My Q-Bank score after doing all the 1950 questions was 58% (75th rank). Proof that the scores you get here are not a big deal as long as you do all questions and study what you got wrong. Good luck future RNs!

I passed with 75 questions yesterday and my simulation score was 57% It said I had a "very high" chance of passing so I guess they were right!

Hi everyone! I recently took my NCLEX on Feb 17th. I got 75 questions- 14 SATA, 1 EKG, 1 picture, 1 exhibit and 1 math. The rest was multiple choice. I used UWorld and Hurst Review videos. I had about 400 questions in my question bank and did the RN self assessment which said I was in the 96th percentile and a very high probability of passing. Well, now I'm scared because I feel like I got basic questions and I know I got some wrong for sure.....I wanted to know if for anyone, the assessment said they would pass, and they did not pass the NCLEX?
P.S.- I haven't checked my results because I'm scared

I took the NCLEX and passed by doing the tutor mode for two weeks. The following two weeks I did test mode. Don't do more than 75 questions at a time. Focus on the wrong answered questions. Visit Khan Academy, utube, or any other nursing website the will teach you what you don't know. Pay attention to all the rationale make sure you do all the 2000 questions. Put on headphones and listen to videos and smell Rosemary oil, Drink cinnamon tea or pills, and if you have anxiety ,visit your doctor for pills. Focus on studying 12 hours a day with 20 minute naps twice a day. Eat three meals and add snacks to your study time. Don't get distracted by anything else other than studying, you don't have a life right now. pray, pray, pray and spend time with God

Hey just wanted to know if you did the exam a second time and how did it go? I did it the second time around and it shut off at 245, not sure if I passed or failed. I did do the predictor and scored 60% very high chance of passing but I see you got more than me and failed so now I'm extremely worried 😔
