Need CCS Feedback
Hi guys,
So in some of the CCS cases, I'm getting "the pt hopes this procedure will ..." or "pt hopes the medication will help". Especially one neuro case in the ER (65 y/o male with TIA). I can't progress beyond ordering the CEA. But the clock management says advance to obtain CEA results. I've tried this case 3 times now. It keeps ending with "patient hope the procedure will help". Is this bad? And how can fix it?

I'm having the same problem, did you find out if is this "normal" or are we just doing something wrong?
