hi,pls has anyone done a Usmle exam in Ghana Africa ?considering doing mine there and its making me pretty nervous.Pls do you have any experiences of writing a usmle exam ouside the US/Canada and are there any disadvantages?Pls let me know,would appreciate any advice.Thxs
