I have taken my Step 2 CK on March 2016, and received my score today on April 6, 2016. My score is 226.
NBME 4 = 217
NBME 6 = 222
NBME 7 = 237 My step 1 score was 221
uWORLD = 257
I am IMG graduation year 2001 from Russia. Medium of instruction was Russian language.
The real exam is some what different than the nbme assessments and uworld assessment. I am happy but surprised I was expecting 230 - 240.
I studied MTB2 and DIT Guide + video lectures for 5 months. Real exam Questions are lengthy first 4 blocks were hard to complete at my comfort . I stressed out at last 5 - 7 question and had to hurry to complete block.

Advice: Please take NBME AND UWORLD ASSESSMENTS but use them to assess your weaknesses and have a good uworld Q bank in timed mode and spare atleast 10 mins every time. That will help you to have good practice to complete blocks in time.
