Question refers to a man w/ subtotal gastrectomy and pertinent labs of Hgb 7.8, Tbil 2.3, LDH 190. Question is why is he anemic. Answer was B12 deficiency, but why is LDH and Tbili elevated in this case if no hemolysis?
