can you apply for reidency with step 1 and CS only

I have a question.I have taken step 1 and CS and left with step 2.My question is can I apply this year with step 2 score waiting or take exam and send report later?

yes..as long as ur exam is before the 2013 December and results come before the ecfmg people go on their long new year leve of 2 weeks.
