Question ID 3112 and 3113 can someone please clarify this (explanations are saying two opposite things)

3113 - BPP 6 without Oligo do CST

3112 - BPP 6 withou Oligo redo BPP in 24 hrs if <37 weeks GA if greater then delivery. Then in Choice B states CST done only if NST or BPP testing equivocal.

I thought BPP of 4 or 6 you do CST even if < 37 weeks GA.

Also BPP 4 or 0 deliver only if greater than 26 weeks GA why? I thought whatever the GA is if BPP is low then deliver.
