can someone plzz tell me which part of the neuro exam shud be done in HEADACH and FORFETFULL pt.Becuz full exam is very difficult to complete. plZZ Help
physical exam-
MMSE name date place 3 objects 3 step command, spell world backwards
CN 2 -12
Mental status, name date place 3 step command cn 2-12 reflexes sensor motor
Full neuro if fever photophobia neck stiffness add brudzinskis and kernigs
