freaking out about CS exam on 4rd august

hi guys
i am freaking out about the CS exam on 3rd august in Phily.
I am rewriting all the patient note in the usmle available format and am unable to complete in 10 mins. including all the examination and diagnosis positive history findings and physical ex.
ANY ADVICE!
