I strongly recommend using Goldusmle online course, Goljans pathology, with UW step 1 bank. it was a very effective combination for me, they will tell you what to focus on and cover all the high yield points, they will tell you what is important and what is not and it was very useful for me, it saved me a lot of time in my prep and focused my review on the exam relevant content. I highly recommend it I took about 8 weeks to prepare and I saved a lot of time in my prep thanks to Goldusmle and UW.
