USMLE results 3-4 wed after exam!

Do I get my result back on the same wed if I take exam on Aug 12 or Aug 18? they say its always 3-4 wed after exam but i just wanna be sure I get my results back in time. can anyone help when should I be expecting my results if I take it Aug12 vs Aug 18?
