I recently just finished up my medical degree from Bangladesh and now I am starting to study for step 1. I was wondering what the best way is. Can someone please give me advice? I was also wanting to know if it would be beneficial to go through the Kaplan books by myself once before starting the classes at Kaplan or just to start and learn along the way?

Is it better to read Kaplan or First Aid to start off?
