Goijan for pathology

Hi everyone ,
I am trying to read Goljan for pathology .Find it a difficult read ,too many details ,How are your experiences ?
What is the other material for pathology which makes pathology reading a bit easy .
Please share your experiences

Thank you .You can check out Pathoma.its a good book along with the audios.
