As my exams are coming nearer, i am getting severe headache and i can't feel my scalp as that area is paralyzed or something like that, its hurting my performance....kindly help me out....what shud i do....???

Stay calm! Be rational, you didn't hurt any nerve of your skull. This is probably related with the anxiety, may be a process of somatization...
Anyway, are you concerned about being ready or not, than you need to think about your study, your scores on question banks, NBME scores, etc.
Don't be anxious about anything, face what you have to face and trust God you guide you to the right way. Life is just once!
