what is the meaning of signature of an authorized official on to the diploma

It means that you have to send form 186,187,345 ,344 with a copy of your medical diploma and the dean of ur university will sign and put a seal to all ur paper and then they have to send it to ECFMG .ur school have to send all the paper work in one package
