Which has better oppurtunity?

Hi, Is it a good sign to pass in first attempt with a low score like 190..or get a good score on second attempt like 240..which of the 2 cases have better oppurtunity for residency..thank you

Sorry to say this but 190 is much worse than failing on step 1 the 1st time.
