UWorld step 1 percentage of correct questions
Iam doing my uworld in timed,unused and random mode with 46 questions per block. iamd done with 16 blocks i.e 736 questions with an average percentage of 81% and 93 percentile.. my lowest on a block is 74 percent and highest is 89 percent. can someone help me how is this score? and does it correlate with anything in the real exam. Iam looking for score in the range of 240 to 255. please keep me posted with ur experience. thanks

You are scoring high, and that's great. The only way to make sure how good you are doing is to do one of the NBME tests on line. Don't start with 7, cause it has some tricky questions and you may show lower than you actually are. Go with 11, or 12, get the score there, and you will know how good you will perform on the actual exam.

thanks for the reply. But what about uworld self assesment? i have already subscribed those. dont u think they also give you the right estimate about ur exam score?
UW will give you overestimate for approximately 10% cause you already passed 1/3 of the questions. So, you can use it, but at least for me NBME questions were more complex and longer in text, so they make you catching up with the time more and are closer to how it is at the exam.
You can chose what ever you want.
