My NBMEs in order

NBME 11-210/450
NBME 12-207/440 (I freaked out during this NBME and was running on little sleep)
NBME 13-221/500
NBME 7-214/470

I feel there are so many topics I have to go over, and do not know if I should postpone my exam. I want a score of at least 225, but can't seem to manage that on the NBMEs. Most of my friends that have taken the Step have always said their NBMEs underpredicted their score by about 6-10 points. What should I do?

Your NBME scores are close to where you need to be. Show some confidence, go in there, and knock it out! The right attitude is worth 10 points on exam day. If you aren't confident you'll second guess yourself, talk yourself out of correct answers, and make silly mistakes.
