I am IMG and have finished filling form for Step 1 through ECFMG . They have given me form 186. I want to ask if I should get the form signed by Dean of my college or shall I get it signed from notary and what all documents should I send with it. Kindly guide me
Hi, As you have already taken the 186 form you would have already selected the option.Your 186 form itself will show I guess..like A part should be signed by notary,B part should be signed by medical school official etc..If you are a graduate you have to send 187,344,345.If not 186 alone is sufficient I think..that you confirm again Im not sure..

Yes ,no problem.Just see that the seal and signature of the notary covers your photo and the form and also the notary should be a current one.
