I am not able to install qbank software. Please help. Someone

Here the specs for my computer:
Intel i5 2.4 Hz
Ram: 4 gb
Windows 7 PRO
Internet Explorer 8


I downloaded the latest JAVA update.
I have JAVA version 1.7.1_ 17

I get a pink box in the Java Tester window.

Then I try to download the application qbankclient.jnlp and
after downloading, it takes to me to JAVA SE Runtime Environment 7 update 17.

I allow it to update and then it takes me to Windows installer window, which is white and has all this code in it.

PLEASE HELP!!!!
